Podcast and Video Podcast Production

( Overview )
Podcast production services for brands, institutions and creators, including format development, audio and video recording, editing, social clips and publishing support.
Full Description
Podcast strategy, audio and video recording, editorial production, post production and social content for brands, institutions, experts and creators worldwide.
A podcast succeeds when people choose to return for the next conversation.
Clear sound and strong visuals matter, but they are only part of the production.
The show also needs a distinct purpose, the right host, a repeatable format and enough editorial discipline to remain interesting across episodes.
Global Untold Story develops and produces audio and video podcasts for brands, companies, institutions, executives and creators.
We can build a new show from the beginning, improve an existing format or manage the recurring production of an entire season.
Our work can cover everything from concept development and studio production to editing, social clips, transcripts, localization and publishing support.
BUILD A SHOW, NOT JUST AN EPISODE
Many podcasts begin with enthusiasm and stop after a few recordings.
The problem is rarely the equipment.
It is usually the absence of a clear format, realistic production workflow and long term content plan.
Before recording begins, we define:
Who the show is for
Why the audience should care
What makes the conversation distinctive
How each episode should be structured
How often the show can realistically be produced
What content should be created from every recording
How the show should develop over time
The result is a format that can remain consistent without making every episode feel the same.

PODCAST PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
PODCAST STRATEGY AND CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
A podcast needs a reason to exist beyond the desire to start one.
We help define the show’s purpose, audience, positioning and editorial territory before deciding how it should look or sound.
Development can include:
Show concept
Audience definition
Editorial positioning
Show name and description
Episode structure
Recurring segments
Guest strategy
Host role
Tone of voice
Season direction
Publishing rhythm
Content extension plan
Platform direction
Launch strategy
The objective is to create a show people can recognize, understand and return to.
FORMAT AND SEASON DESIGN
A good conversation may create one strong episode.
A strong format creates a sustainable series.
We design a repeatable production structure that supports different guests and subjects while maintaining the identity of the show.
Format planning can include:
Episode duration
Opening and closing structure
Segment flow
Interview style
Host and cohost roles
Guest categories
Recurring questions
Audience interaction
Episode themes
Season narrative
Recording schedule
Review and approval process
Publishing schedule
Season development plan
The format should make production easier without making the conversation predictable.
EPISODE RESEARCH AND PLANNING
Preparation helps the host listen more closely and ask better questions.
Before each recording, we can research the guest, subject and wider context to identify the strongest areas of conversation.
Episode planning can include:
Guest research
Topic research
Episode angles
Interview themes
Questions and follow up areas
Fact and reference notes
Opening hooks
Talking points
Timing guidance
Sensitive subjects
Required visuals or references
Promotional moments
Potential social clips
Episode title direction
The host receives enough structure to feel prepared without turning the conversation into a scripted interview.
HOST AND GUEST PREPARATION
The quality of the show depends heavily on the people in front of the microphones.
Some hosts need help with pacing and follow up questions. Others need support managing time or creating clearer transitions.
Guests may need reassurance, context and a better understanding of the conversation before recording.
Our support can include:
Host coaching
Interview technique
Listening and follow up skills
Timing and segment control
Camera awareness
Guest briefing
Speaker preparation
Teleprompter support where required
On camera direction
Performance feedback
Practice recordings
Season development coaching
The goal is not to remove personality.
It is to help the host use it more effectively.
PODCAST STUDIO PRODUCTION
We produce podcasts in dedicated studios, temporary sets and client locations depending on the needs of the show.
The production setup is built around the number of speakers, visual direction and required deliverables.
Studio production can include:
Space planning
Camera positioning
Microphone selection
Audio monitoring
Lighting
Set styling
Brand integration
Screens and background content
Recording supervision
Guest coordination
Production management
Media backup
Crew coordination
Technical rehearsals
We can work inside an existing studio or build the complete recording environment around the format.
VIDEO PODCAST PRODUCTION
Video podcasts are consumed across YouTube, social media and streaming platforms as much as they are heard through traditional podcast applications.
We produce single camera and multi camera video podcasts designed to generate complete episodes and strong shorter content from the same recording.
Video production can include:
Multi camera direction
Cinematic camera packages
Speaker close ups
Wide conversation coverage
Lighting design
Product and brand integration
Live switching where required
Isolated camera recording
Clean and branded outputs
Vertical content coverage
Photography
Behind the scenes material
Remote guest integration
Program and clean recordings
The visual style should support the conversation rather than distract from it.
AUDIO RECORDING AND ENGINEERING
Listeners may forgive a simple image.
They rarely forgive unclear sound.
We select and manage the audio setup according to the speakers, room and intended tone of the show.
Audio production can include:
Microphone selection
Individual speaker recording
Audio monitoring
Level control
Room assessment
Noise management
Backup recording
Remote guest audio
Music and playback
Sound checks
File organization
Recording supervision
Multi track recording
Technical quality control
Every voice should sound clear, natural and consistent across the series.
SET DESIGN, LIGHTING AND VISUAL IDENTITY
A podcast set should immediately communicate the character of the show.
The environment may feel intimate, authoritative, energetic or informal depending on the subject and audience.
Visual development can include:
Set concept
Furniture and layout
Background design
Practical lighting
Screen content
Brand placement
Props and styling
Camera friendly color choices
Host and guest positions
Temporary studio builds
Multiple visual zones
Seasonal updates
Modular set elements
Photography direction
The set should be visually distinctive while remaining practical for repeated production.
REMOTE AND HYBRID PODCAST PRODUCTION
Remote guests can expand the quality and range of contributors, but poor preparation can make the episode feel disconnected.
We support remote and hybrid recordings through technical testing, guest guidance and structured recording workflows.
Support can include:
Guest connection testing
Microphone and headphone guidance
Camera placement
Lighting guidance
Remote recording platforms
Local recording backups
Connection monitoring
Separate audio recording
Remote direction
Visual consistency
File transfer
Hybrid editing
Remote guest preparation
Backup connection planning
The remote guest should feel like part of the show, not an emergency video call.
PODCAST EDITING AND POST PRODUCTION
Editing should improve the conversation without removing its personality.
We refine pacing, remove unnecessary repetition and strengthen the structure while preserving the natural rhythm between the speakers.
Post production can include:
Audio editing
Video editing
Conversation tightening
Noise reduction
Audio repair
Mixing and mastering
Camera switching
Color correction
Music integration
Titles and graphics
Intro and outro sequences
Final quality control
Episode versioning
Platform ready exports
The level of editing is adapted to the format.
Some shows benefit from a polished structure. Others need to remain loose and conversational.
BRANDING AND MOTION DESIGN
A recognizable visual and audio identity helps the show feel established from the first episode.
Podcast branding can include:
Show logo
Cover artwork
Intro and outro sequences
Music direction
Lower thirds
Guest names
Topic titles
Transitions
Social templates
Thumbnail systems
Quote cards
Animated graphics
Sponsor integrations
Episode title systems
Visual usage guidelines
These elements create consistency across complete episodes, social content and publishing platforms.
CLIPS, HIGHLIGHTS AND SOCIAL CONTENT
One episode should create more than one piece of content.
We identify the strongest ideas, reactions and exchanges from each recording, then adapt them into formats designed for discovery and social sharing.
Content can include:
Short vertical clips
Interview highlights
Strong opening hooks
Quote moments
Educational extracts
Guest insights
Teasers
Episode trailers
YouTube Shorts
Instagram Reels
TikTok clips
LinkedIn videos
Audiograms
Quote graphics
Thumbnail assets
Platform specific cutdowns
The clip strategy should reflect the audience and platform rather than applying the same edit everywhere.
TRANSCRIPTS, SHOW NOTES AND SEARCH CONTENT
Podcast conversations contain valuable information that can support search visibility and long term content discovery.
We prepare written materials that make episodes easier to understand, navigate and repurpose.
Deliverables can include:
Full transcripts
Edited transcripts
Episode summaries
Show notes
Guest biographies
Key takeaways
Chapters and timestamps
Article drafts
Social captions
Video descriptions
Search focused titles
Newsletter content
Quote selections
Website episode pages
A well organized episode can become the source for articles, social posts and future content themes.
PUBLISHING AND PLATFORM DELIVERY
The final episode needs to reach the audience in the correct format.
Depending on the scope, we can provide publishing support and organized delivery for:
YouTube
Spotify
Apple Podcasts
Podcast hosting platforms
Company websites
Internal platforms
Social media channels
Private subscriber feeds
Support may include:
Platform ready files
Episode titles
Descriptions
Thumbnails
Chapters
Metadata
Captions
Upload support
Publishing calendars
Organized episode archiving
Quality checks
Release coordination
Ongoing platform management and audience growth support can also be included where required.
LOCALIZATION AND INTERNATIONAL VERSIONS
A podcast can reach different markets without losing the tone that made the original conversation valuable.
Localization support can include:
Arabic and English subtitles
Multilingual subtitles
Closed captions
Transcript translation
Voice over
Dubbing
Graphic replacement
Localized titles and descriptions
Textless versions
International delivery packaging
Language specific thumbnails
Localized social clips
Localization should preserve the meaning, personality and rhythm of the speakers.
ONE RECORDING. A COMPLETE CONTENT SYSTEM.
The value of a podcast is not limited to the full episode.
A well planned recording can create:
Full audio episode
Full video episode
Short social clips
Episode trailer
Guest highlights
Quote graphics
Audiograms
Transcripts
Articles
Newsletter content
Internal communication material
Photography
Future compilation episodes
Website content
Search focused material
This allows brands and creators to build a steady content presence without producing every asset separately.
PODCAST PRODUCTION FOR BRANDS AND INSTITUTIONS
A branded podcast should provide genuine value to the audience.
It should not feel like an extended advertisement or a company presentation disguised as a conversation.
We help brands and institutions develop shows around subjects they have the credibility, access or experience to discuss.
A branded podcast can support:
Thought leadership
Executive visibility
Industry education
Customer relationships
Employer branding
Internal communication
Community building
Research and insight
Product education
Institutional storytelling
Cultural conversation
Long term brand authority
Stakeholder engagement
Talent development
The brand earns attention by contributing something useful to the conversation.
RECURRING PODCAST PRODUCTION
Consistency is one of the hardest parts of podcast production.
A recurring show needs a workflow covering guests, research, recording, approvals, editing, clips and publishing.
We can create a recurring production system that includes:
Season planning
Guest pipelines
Recording calendars
Episode research
Studio booking
Production crews
Editorial review
Post production
Social content
Publishing support
Performance review
Archive organization
Approval workflows
Content planning
The system is built around a schedule the client can realistically maintain.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical production take in Egypt?
- A commercial or corporate film usually needs two to six weeks from brief to delivery, depending on permits, locations and the post schedule. Live events follow the event dates. We lock a calendar before the shoot so international crews can book travel against it.
Do you work with international crews or only local teams?
- Both. We run full local productions and we attach to incoming crews as the on-ground partner — permits, fixing, equipment, locations and finishing — so the visiting team keeps creative control without building a vendor chain from scratch.
Where are you based?
- Egyptian Media Production City in Cairo, with offices in Business Bay, Dubai and Jeddah. That is the same EMPC campus used for studio, rebate and finishing work, which keeps logistics inside one standard.
