Event Coverage and Live Production

( 개요 )
Multi-camera event coverage, live streaming, broadcast production, photography and same-day content for conferences, summits, exhibitions, launches and public events in Egypt.
상세 설명
Live events leave no room for a second take.
Speakers, audience reactions, announcements and
unscripted moments all happen in real time. Capturing them properly requires
more than placing cameras around a venue. It requires technical planning,
editorial judgment, disciplined communication and a team that can respond
immediately when the event changes.
Global Untold Story provides event production, live
streaming and event content services for companies, institutions, government
entities, agencies, brands and event organizers across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi
Arabia and international locations.
We can manage the complete production or join at a
specific stage, from multi-camera coverage and live streaming to photography,
interviews, same-day edits, screen content and final delivery.
ONE EVENT. MORE THAN ONE DAY OF CONTENT.
An event may last a few hours.
The content created around it can continue working for
weeks or months.
Before production begins, we identify what needs to be
experienced live, what must be documented and what should become content after
the event.
A single event can generate:
Live broadcasts and streams
Complete event recordings
Daily highlight films
Social media clips
Speaker and panel packages
Executive interviews
Audience reactions and soundbites
Sponsor
content
Event photography
Podcast episodes
Behind-the-scenes films
Internal
communication material
Training content
Media assets
Archive
material
Localized versions for different markets
The production plan is built around the complete
content opportunity, not only the stage program.

Press conferences
Investor and stakeholder events

Every event requires a different combination of
cameras, crews, technical systems and content teams.
EVENT PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
EVENT COVERAGE STRATEGY
The strongest event coverage begins with a clear
understanding of what the event needs to achieve.
We review the agenda, venue, speakers, sponsors,
audience and communication objectives before building the production structure.
The coverage strategy can define:
Priority sessions and moments
Required cameras and production units
Live and recorded outputs
Interview opportunities
Social media requirements
Sponsor deliverables
Photography coverage
Daily editing requirements
Final post-production outputs
Content ownership
Approval workflows
Publishing priorities
Archiving requirements
This prevents the team from collecting hours of
material without a clear plan for how it will be used.
TECHNICAL PLANNING AND VENUE COORDINATION
Live production depends on the venue as much as the
equipment.
We coordinate with event organizers, venue teams,
stage managers, show callers and technical suppliers to understand the
available infrastructure and identify limitations before the event begins.
Planning may include:
Venue visits
Camera
positions
Stage and screen layouts
Lighting assessment
Audio feeds
Power requirements
Internet availability
Signal
routes
Production control areas
Crew access
Rigging requirements
Safety considerations
Rehearsal schedules
Presentation testing
Recording plans
Backup workflows
The technical setup is designed around the venue,
program, audience experience and final delivery requirements.
MULTI CAMERA EVENT PRODUCTION
Multi-camera production allows the audience to
experience the event with greater clarity, energy and visual control.
We design camera coverage according to the scale of
the venue, stage layout and program. This may include wide stage views, speaker
close-ups, audience reactions, roaming cameras and specialist positions.
Production can include:
Multi-camera direction
Camera plots
Vision mixing
Stage coverage
Audience coverage
Roaming camera units
Presentation and screen feeds
Speaker monitoring
Isolated camera recording
Program recording
Playback integration
Graphics integration
Technical crew coordination
The objective is not simply to use more cameras.
It is to create the right visual rhythm for the event.
LIVE STREAMING
We provide live streaming for corporate,
institutional, cultural and public events across digital and private platforms.
Depending on the brief, streaming may be delivered to:
YouTube
Supported social platforms
Event platforms
Private websites
Internal company networks
Virtual conference platforms
Password-protected viewing environments
The streaming plan may include multiple camera feeds,
presentation content, speaker names, branded graphics, remote contributors and
simultaneous interpretation feeds.
Where the venue and scope allow, we can also plan
backup recording, alternative connectivity and additional technical protection
for important broadcasts.
Final streaming performance remains dependent on venue
infrastructure, platform conditions and available connectivity.
LIVE BROADCAST PRODUCTION
For events intended for television, digital networks
or larger public audiences, we can coordinate professional broadcast workflows.
Depending on the project, support can include:
Broadcast cameras
Vision mixing
Live direction
Technical direction
Show calling coordination
Graphics and titles
Audio mixing
Playback systems
Remote
contributor integration
Satellite or internet transmission coordination
Outside broadcast facilities where required
Program and isolated recordings
Archive
masters
Broadcast delivery support
The production structure is adapted to the channel,
platform and technical requirements of the event.
SHOW CALLING AND LIVE CONTENT CONTROL
Complex events require clear coordination between the
stage, speakers, screens, lighting, audio and broadcast output.
We can work alongside the event director, stage
manager and technical teams to align the live production with the show flow.
Support may include:
Show rundown review
Cue coordination
Speaker and presentation timing
Playback
cues
Graphics
cues
Camera readiness
Screen content coordination
Remote
contributor cues
Opening and closing sequences
Rehearsal support
Communication workflows
The objective is to ensure that every live element
works as one coordinated production.
PARALLEL EVENT COVERAGE
TEAMS
Large events often contain several stories happening
at the same time.
A keynote may be taking place on the main stage while
interviews, exhibitions, workshops and sponsor activities are happening
elsewhere.
We can build parallel production teams to cover:
Main stage sessions
Breakout rooms
Exhibition areas
Speaker interviews
Audience reactions
Sponsor activations
Photography
Social
content
Podcast areas
Behind-the-scenes moments
Venue
preparation
VIP and media activities
Each team works from one shared production plan,
helping the event maintain a consistent visual and editorial identity.
SESSION RECORDING AND SPEAKER PACKAGES
Conferences and summits often contain valuable
knowledge that should remain accessible after the event.
We record keynote speeches, panels, workshops and
presentations, then organize them into clear speaker or session packages.
Deliverables can include:
Full session recordings
Individual speaker edits
Panel discussion films
Presentation and slide integration
Speaker titles and graphics
Chapters and timestamps
Short extracts
Social media clips
Archive
masters
Subtitle-ready versions
Internal learning versions
Platform-ready exports
These assets can support public distribution, internal
learning, media relations and future event promotion.
INTERVIEWS AND SOUNDBITES
Events bring together leaders, experts, customers and
stakeholders who may be difficult to gather again.
We use that opportunity to produce structured
interviews and short content during the event.
Interview coverage can include:
Executive interviews
Speaker interviews
Delegate reactions
Customer testimonials
Expert commentary
Sponsor interviews
Media soundbites
Social media statements
Presenter-led segments
Behind-the-scenes conversations
Partner and stakeholder interviews
We prepare the questions, schedule and production
setup so that every interview produces useful material rather than generic
event comments.
SAME DAY EDITS AND DAILY RECAPS
Event communication often needs to happen while the
event is still active.
Our editing teams can work from the venue or a nearby
production base to create rapid content for publishing during the event.
Same-day deliverables can include:
Daily recap films
Opening day highlights
Speaker clips
Social media
edits
Sponsor
films
Interview extracts
Announcement content
Closing films
Photography selections
Press and media assets
The workflow is planned before the event so that
footage transfer, approvals and publishing deadlines remain organized.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography should be treated as its own production
unit, not as an afterthought beside the video team.
We provide event photography covering:
Keynote speakers
Panels and workshops
Audience
engagement
Networking
Awards and recognitions
Exhibition stands
Sponsor activations
Executive portraits
Behind-the-scenes coverage
Venue and atmosphere
Media and public relations
Branding and environmental details
Images can be delivered in organized selections for
press, sponsors, internal communication, reports and social media.
EVENT SCREEN CONTENT
The audience experience begins before the first
speaker walks on stage.
We create content for venue screens, openings,
transitions and branded moments throughout the event.
Screen content can include:
Opening films
Countdown sequences
Speaker introductions
Agenda graphics
Awards content
Sponsor
films
Stings and transitions
Data visualizations
Two-dimensional animation
Three-dimensional visuals
Event explainers
Holding screens
Closing films
The content is designed around the screen dimensions,
playback system, technical specifications and live show flow.
PODCAST AND INTERVIEW STUDIOS
A conference or exhibition can also become a temporary
content studio.
We can build a podcast or interview area inside the
venue, allowing organizers to record longer conversations with speakers,
experts and guests.
Support can include:
Creative direction
Set design
Camera and lighting setup
Sound recording
Presenter support
Guest coordination
Live or recorded production
Episode
editing
Social media extracts
Photography
Publishing-ready masters
This gives the event an additional layer of valuable
content beyond the stage program.
BUILD UP, TIME LAPSE AND BEHIND THE SCENES
The transformation of an empty venue into a complete
event can become a story in itself.
We can document:
Venue build-up
Stage
construction
Exhibition preparation
Time-lapse filming
Rehearsals
Technical preparation
Crew activity
Speaker preparation
Behind-the-scenes interviews
Event breakdown
This material can support sponsor reports, event
promotion, internal communication and future sales.
DRONE AND AERIAL COVERAGE
Aerial imagery can communicate the scale, setting and
atmosphere of an event.
Drone filming may be considered for:
Venue establishing shots
Outdoor events
Festivals
Large public gatherings
Exhibition sites
Sports events
Destination events
Build-up and infrastructure
Drone operations remain subject to location
restrictions, safety requirements and official approval.
Feasibility should be assessed during early planning.
LIGHTING FOR CAMERA AND LIVE AUDIENCES
Lighting designed only for the audience inside the
venue may not produce strong images on camera.
We work with lighting teams to create an environment
that supports both the live experience and the production requirements.
Planning may include:
Speaker lighting
Stage lighting
Audience lighting
Interview areas
Exhibition lighting
Camera exposure requirements
Color consistency
Performance lighting
Photography requirements
Screen and projection considerations
The lighting approach should serve the event while
allowing speakers, branding and key moments to be captured clearly.
AUDIO, INTERCOM AND SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION
Clear audio is one of the most important elements of
any live production.
We coordinate with venue and technical teams to
establish reliable feeds for recording, streaming and broadcast.
Support may include:
Stage audio feeds
Independent recording
Presenter and panel microphones
Audience
question microphones
Playback audio
Audio mixing
Backup recording
Intercom systems
Presenter monitoring
Remote
contributor audio
Simultaneous interpretation feeds
Multi
language audio routing
Audio planning should begin early, especially when the
event includes interpretation, hybrid participation or several rooms.
POST PRODUCTION AND CONTENT REPURPOSING
The value of an event should not end when the audience
leaves.
After the event, we organize the footage and transform
it into content for different audiences, platforms and communication
objectives.
Post-production can include:
Event highlight films
Session edits
Speaker packages
Sponsor
content
Social media cutdowns
Testimonial
films
Internal
communication content
Recruitment and employer brand content
Photography finishing
Archive organization
Color grading
Sound editing and mixing
Motion graphics
Final mastering
Versioning
Platform delivery
One well-planned event can create an entire library of
useful content.
LOCALIZATION AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Events often involve international speakers, audiences
and partners.
We provide localization and delivery support for
regional and international distribution.
Services can include:
Arabic and English subtitles
Multilingual
subtitles
Closed captions
Voice-over
Dubbing
Transcript
preparation
Speaker name graphics
Textless masters
Multi
language audio versions
International delivery formats
Platform-specific versions
Localization can be planned during production so that
later versions remain efficient and consistent.
LIVE PRODUCTION RELIABILITY
Live production involves risk because every element
needs to work at the same time.
Depending on the event, our planning may consider:
Backup recordings
Isolated camera recordings
Alternative audio feeds
Power protection
Internet backup options
Media backups
Technical rehearsals
Speaker presentation checks
Redundant playback files
Communication systems
Alternative
signal routes
Emergency production plans
No live system can remove every possible risk.
Strong preparation reduces that risk and gives the
production team more options when conditions change.
ONE EVENT. A COMPLETE
CONTENT LIBRARY.
Event organizers invest heavily in bringing the right
people, ideas and audiences into one place.
That opportunity should create more than a short recap
film.
A complete event content library may include:
Live stream recordings
Main event film
Daily recaps
Speaker sessions
Short social clips
Executive interviews
Sponsor
content
Photography
Podcast episodes
Internal learning material
Media assets
Archive
content
Content for the next event campaign
Planning these deliverables before the event helps the
production capture the right material while the opportunity exists.
WHY WORK WITH GLOBAL UNTOLD STORY?
We understand both sides of event production.
The live experience must run smoothly, but the
material must also remain valuable after the event.
Clients bring us in when they need:
One production partner across video, live, photography
and post-production
Multi-camera and parallel unit coverage
Fast content during the event
Broadcast and streaming experience
Clear planning around complex agendas
Organized footage and deliverables
Arabic and English production communication
Content created for sponsors, media and internal teams
Regional experience with international production standards
A partner prepared to respond when the event changes
We do not simply point cameras at the stage.
We build the production around the moments, messages
and people that matter.
WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE A
PROPOSAL
To assess the event and prepare the right production
structure, it is helpful to receive:
Event name and format
Event dates
Venue and city
Agenda
Number of stages or rooms
Expected audience
Required live platforms
Camera requirements
Speaker and panel schedule
Photography requirements
Same-day editing requirements
Interview requirements
Sponsor deliverables
Final
content list
Event branding
Screen specifications
Technical venue information
Interpretation requirements
Publishing deadlines
Budget guidance where available
A final agenda is useful but not essential.
We can begin planning while the event is still being
developed.

( 질문 )
자주 묻는 질문
How long does a typical production take in Egypt?
- A commercial or corporate film usually needs two to six weeks from brief to delivery, depending on permits, locations and the post schedule. Live events follow the event dates. We lock a calendar before the shoot so international crews can book travel against it.
Do you work with international crews or only local teams?
- Both. We run full local productions and we attach to incoming crews as the on-ground partner — permits, fixing, equipment, locations and finishing — so the visiting team keeps creative control without building a vendor chain from scratch.
Where are you based?
- Egyptian Media Production City in Cairo, with offices in Business Bay, Dubai and Jeddah. That is the same EMPC campus used for studio, rebate and finishing work, which keeps logistics inside one standard.
